Six Thinking Hats – An essential approach to business management

Six Thinking Hats is a creative thinking and problem-solving technique developed by Dr. Edward de Bono, a psychologist, physician, and author. The approach is designed to improve the quality of group discussions and decision-making processes by encouraging participants to consider different perspectives and approaches to a problem.

Six Thinking Hats is a problem-solving technique using metaphorical hats to represent different thinking modes.
